to time we update a particular unit and may change its décor, color scheme and rate.
We continually strive to keep our four buildings and the 26 rooms/suites “in top
notch condition and nitpickin' clean” for your comfort and enjoyment. A quick overview to acquaint you with our amenities: All our units have queen size beds (unless otherwise specified), private bathrooms, refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers (we furnish coffee, tea and hot chocolate), color TV with cable and HBO, daily maid service, and free local phone calls. Daily newspapers are delivered to your door Monday through Saturday (Sunday's can be purchased for $2.00). We serve a complimentary continental breakfast to each unit every morning for each paid adult (additional breakfasts may be purchased at $4.00 per person). There is free on-street parking on both sides of Upas Street and Park Boulevard. We have 24 hour front desk service, you may reach our staff by dialing -0- on your telephone. Occasionally we may be away from the front desk for brief periods, but will return shortly. Prices are quoted for a maximum of two (2) people per night plus tax in most units. We allow additional people in some of the units, and we charge $10.00 plus tax per night for each additional person (see individual descriptions). Children age 11 and under stay free when sharing the same accommodations with their parents. We also have rollaway beds and cribs available at $10.00 plus tax per night. Check-in is any time after 3:00 p.m. And check out is 12 noon. We require one night as prepayment/guarantee, which is charged at the time your reservation is taken. We accept all major credit cards. Any reservation changes or cancellations must be made seven (7) full days prior to your arrival for a refund, otherwise, you are locked into the reservation and agree to pay for the entire length of your agreed-upon stay. Full payment for your reservation is due at check-in. If you check in and decide not to stay for any reason, you will not be issued a credit for any nights not used.
